Referral Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 or older who have an active account with Zwapper Limited.

1.2 Employees, affiliates, or partners of Zwapper Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Participants ("Referrers") may share their unique referral link with friends, family, or acquaintances ("Referees") who are new users of Zwapper Limited.

2.2 A successful referral occurs when:

2.2.1 The Referee uses the referral link during sign-up.

2.2.2 The Referee completes any required actions (e.g., making a purchase, completing a transaction, etc.) as specified in the Program details.

3. Reward Conditions

3.1 Rewards are granted to the Referrer only when the referral is deemed valid and the Referee meets all qualifying conditions.

3.2 Reward details, including the type, value, and usage restrictions, are outlined in the Program description.

3.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Referrers may not engage in the following prohibited activities:

4.1.1 Creating multiple accounts to self-refer or manipulate the Program.

4.1.2 Using false, fake, or misleading information to generate referrals.

4.1.3 Engaging in spamming or unsolicited messages to promote referral links.

4.2 Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Program will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any rewards.

5. Fraud Prevention and Account Verification

5.1 Zwapper Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referees, including but not limited to identity verification and activity reviews.

5.2 Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may be suspended, and any rewards obtained fraudulently will be revoked.

6. Program Changes and Termination

6.1 Zwapper Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.2 If the Program is terminated, any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Zwapper Limited shall not be held liable for:

7.1.1 Errors, delays, or interruptions in the Program caused by factors beyond its control.

7.1.2 Any consequences arising from misuse of referral links.
